The Web Portal is where you can enter new work tickets, check the progress of open tickets and more. Your designated manager at Business Software Solutions will setup your username and password for the portal.
Once your portal access has been configured, simply click the link below to access the web portal.
Enter your username and password.
Depending on your level of access, you should see a screen with several options.
Click on the "Tickets" tab to display open tickets. Click on "closed" box on the right and you will see all of the tickets, both in progress and closed.
Click on the "Create ticket" button to create a new service ticket.
